HomeCaring Sunshine Coast is proud to be a provider of choice when it comes to Supported Independent Living on the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture.
We have partnered with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers to create comfortable, beautifully appointed homes suitable for NDIS participants who require high-physical, round-the-clock support. We are also able to provide clinical care from Registered and Enrolled Nurses.
HomeCaring Sunshine Coast also supports participants in their own homes and in private rentals with a fully tailored and personal approach to care. Each SIL home has a team of qualified and experienced support workers who are individually selected to work with each participant. Each house is allocated a team leader who oversees the day-to-day running of the house, as well as a Case Manager and Group Home Manager who ensures that the level of care and support delivered in each home meets our very high standard.
